My rev. of the datasheet (DS39564B) has graphs on pp. 299-300 of the PIC's Vol vs. Iol and Voh vs. Ioh. From these, it looks like the concept of output "impedance" wouldn't mean a whole lot, as the I/V curves are very nonlinear and also shift with temperature and supply voltage.
