At the > customer side they complain it messes up next to a pump/motor, but when > I try put the unit next to the largest pump we have at the factory and nothing > happens. In other words, how could I reproduce this problem? I would expect this will be very difficult to reproduce. You need to reconstruct the situation at the customer site. If possible I would ask the customer to actually show you what happens and use their site as a test bed for the product. A mains data logger might help identify a supply problem. Anyone else out there have any ideas on this? Brian. -- http://www.piclist.com hint: To leave the PICList mailto:piclist-unsubscribe-request@mitvma.mit.edu
