Yes, true, if it's going to be a constant or averages out to a known
figure, eg like mains frequency that goes up and down during the
day but averages to 50Hz or 60Hz. An alternative to tempco would
be to get ppm/C figures for relevant components and the expected
temperature variations for the clock usage time. Factor that in and
compute for the average
