I know you weren't talking about PICs, but has anyone tried working at
the extremely low end of clock speeds on a PIC?  There was a recent
thread talking about overclocking PICs, but from the spec sheets it
appears they will run at any slow speed.

Has anyone tried running a PIC at something like 10 Hz.  I don't have
anything that will generate that slow of a clock to try it out.
