As in my previous long-winded reply:

Europe is 400V, +/-10%, between any two phases.  230V, +/-10% from phase to
return, 50Hz.

I have a vague memory that in the US terms delta and wye are used subtly
differently from the UK, but the above description should be enough!  In UK
terms, if you connect as Y, you get 230V per phase, if you connect as delta
(no return), you get 400V per phase, all +/- 10%

I don't know about Asia.
