Mike, Do you have a name for the aerosol used with transparencies? I use this method and would like to print to be a little denser. I'd recommend to google with "Dry film photoresist". Lots of nuances were not discussed: Time gap between exposition and etching, it should be long enough. Developer solution movement around PCB (have not you mention that center area is usually developed slower?) Copperclad thickness and ratio between copperclad and photoresist thickness(yes I know the seller keeps these in a secret) ... If you use laser printed transparency, you may want to enhance it's contrast spraying on it special acetone-based aerosol.(I tried - it helps) Best Regards.
