OK, I want to build an RF remote control that will work on my equipment.

I've discovered that the frequency is 308.5 Mhz.  Thanks to the guy who
recommended looking up the FCC ID.

And now, I would like to know if all the old RF modules I have laying around
are of any use?  I have a Ming TX that is 300 MHz, can this be changed
around a little
to work at 308.5 MHz ??

BTW, If I had a module and didn't know what it was, how would you figure
out what frequency it was?  -thanks
