=20 I'm curious to hear from other folks that make their own PCBs. I am working on a ~ 1 sq in board that has a SSOP package. I have been getting inconsistent results in the development process with respect to the SSOP pins. Sometimes they are perfect, sometimes they are a bit fuzzy between the pins, and sometimes the pins get too small (overdeveloped?). =20 I tried using warm water when mixing the developer, and that seems to give the best results. However, my developing times are on the order of seconds -- maybe 3-6 seconds. I have to watch things very closely or it gets overdeveloped. Is that a typical time, or should I expect it to take longer? =20 Thanks! Alex =20 =20 -- http://www.piclist.com hint: The PICList is archived three different ways.
