I don't own any stock, but I've designed these guys in repeatedly and never
had a failure. The reason the Ramtron people are cautious is that their
technology is somewhat novel, so they have to put some kind of limit down.
I use them like scratchpads, year-in and yearout. AND, they have a SPI
version, too.
