On more than one occasion I've made a code change and compiled it; only to
forget to load it.  When I go to test the change, I don't see my expected
results and I start off trying to debug my never loaded code.

I suppose since I've done that more than once I must be a real bonehead.  Just
don't tell my employer.

It is 2 am here in Texas.  I just spent fifteen minutes trying to figure
out why my circuit wasn't working.  Turns out the PIC was still in the
programmer.  :-)

Anyone want to add some bonehead mistakes to the list?
