For 4-40, we use 0.125" dia hole, and a 0.375" dia pad (with no SM top or
bottom). This allows any locking nuts to grip something better than FR4.

For 6-32, we use a 0.156" dia hole, and the same size pad (since the nots
are 1/4" hex).
