I had been using the Advanced Circuits > prototype service which is 3 boards for $100 with the same specs except > that the maximum size is larger. > > I'll try these guys out next small 2 layer board. My boards had a somewhat complex, non-rectangular shape, which I drew usi= ng=20 shorter lines with the milling layer in Eagle, then output to a separate = file=20 for the gerber output. In my readme, I specified that I needed it cut to= =20 that dimension, so they would have to adjust for the diameter of their=20 milling tool, and they did that very well. My boards were also split into 2 halves, which will be soldered one over = the=20 other, so I drew them as one unit and dropped a straight row of small hol= es=20 between them, so I could snap them apart. They did not have a problem wi= th=20 this, which advanced circuits eluded would be a problem, as that would be= 2=20 circuits.
