Some time ago I got the following ridiculous message from Maxim about my sample request: ------------- Mark, We are having difficulty in shipping samples to South America via Airmail. Shipments either end up lost or returned to us. If you would like to provide an acct number, we will be happy to send these via a freight carrier. Regards. I tell them Maxim is the only one that have such problems with USPS AirMail. For more than 13 years I order electronic parts via AirMail with less than 1% shipping problems.
