I don't know when "once" was, but I was in contact with them a couple of months ago, and they said nothing of that sort. I should supply *some* design documents, and they would just enter them (manualy as I understod it) in there in-house CAD system, whatever that is. I'd vote for the one advertised on the Elektor web site... There was no need for me to buy any new software.
