If it is a typical Elektuur project (I am ashamed: the home location of
the Elektuur set of magazines is in the Netherlands) it will use either
a much too large PIC (an 18F452?), an EPROM PIC or an obsolete one
(16c84-04!), a very large PCB, an unreliable RS-232 interface and some
impossible-to-get SMPS chip to generate VPP.

NB I once contacted them about putting WLoader in their summer issue,
but they insisted that I supplied a PCB using their favourite package,
which I would have to buy first.
