You want an ALU? That is just an logic circuit (no memory) with a bunch of inputs and a bunch of outputs. You have a lot of EPROMs around? An EPROM is a circuit with a lot of inputs and a bunch of outputs, the logic that appears to be inbetween is programmable. So IMHO you have a lot of potential ALU's, they just need programming!
