I'm guessing that you are looking for modbus master code?  Is that correct?
I've implemented modbus slave code using modbus ASCII, with only the help
of the modbus protocol document.  Do you have that document?  Is there a
specific problem that you are trying to solve?

Sorry, it might not seem very helpful, but modbus seems quite
straightforward.  I can't send you code (because it's not mine to send!),
but I can maybe try to point you in the right direction if you have a
specific question.
