Can the 16f628 portb configured so that "interrupt on change" is enabled
and RB6 and RB7 is configured for 32768 xtal? =20

I will only be using the RB4 and RB5, but since RB7 is T1OSI (osc
input), do I get an interrupt because it is connected to xtal?
