Table 12-3 has lots of anything in it ;-)  (even though I wish they'd
stop using those flipping odd crystal values with all the associated
errors)

At 19.660800MHz

0 = (19660800 / X / 16) -1

X = 1 228 800 baud asynch

IF you chance overclocking to 20.48 -> 1 280 000 baud
