http://www.aboutai.net/ is decent, it has a few
articles and beginner's guides (the guides appear to
be geared towards game AI, but a lot of game AI is
applicable to robots and whatnot), but you could also
just scan through yahoo.com's directory:

Your "[CS] tag" comment makes me think you're not
necessarily referring to simple robot AI -- Can you be
more specific as to the application? Computational
Intelligence is pretty diverse these days, there's
neural networks, fuzzy logic, genetic algorithms,
finite state machines, behaviour based, empathic
learning...the one you'd want to use depends pretty
heavily on what you're trying to accomplish.

If you're thinking of simple robot/game/etc AI, finite
state machines are probably your best bet.
