True. I appologize for adding political opinion to a strong opinion about
the foolishness of these laws. Frankly, *anything* (including plastic
squirt-guns and gummi-bears) and become dangerous in the wrong hands, so
writing laws that outlaw water-rockets is, IMNSHO, rather foolish.
