Mike,

I try that before. to many adjustments and not too accurate if you don't use
some transparent material in the same thickness as the pcb.

But I am not going to start a flame to defend my way to do pcb :-))))

I just line up the 2 artwork layers on a lightbox and staple them together
to form an envelope -dead
easy.
