It'is interesting to see that manufacturers saw the need of using
jumpers so they have started to manufacture 0 ohm resistors.  Or 0 ohm
resistors did exists and everyone started to use them as jumpers.  If
that is the case, then the question is still unanswered.  Why would the
manufacturers produced 0 ohm resistors?
