>>It's a new TV (I didn't get it yet) >>can I take the logo in any way? > >Maybe. Maybe not. This is a common problem in new units that were used in the showroom for months. The wishful buyer takes it as is. The spot will not go away ... beware of such tricks when buying 'reduced' new goods. >With luck, it will dissapear in time. >Otherwise, it's going to be very expensive to fix. As in, buy another tv ? Some stations have an animated logo that moves slowly all the time (too slowly to annoy watchers), and stays mostly in its corner (but can change corners). Another trick is to slowly fade the logo in and out so it is on only 10% or so of the time. This is a step in the right direction and also discourages blotting it out by electronic means when making illicit copies of the program.
