Completely free. TTYL While I really like AutoTraxEDA, IMHO, it's not quite ready for prime-time. There are a few gotcha's to watch out for, particularly in the PCB layout area. Ilija is doing a great job with the program but I can't count on it (yet) for everything. It's certainly intuitive to use and it's getting better with every rev. For the simple sorts of boards that I do, CircuitMaker/TraxMaker (since bought out by Protel and all support dropped) do the job for me.
