Have a look on the Piclist PCB competition page, you'll see a water
sprinkler project there. Or alternatively purchase a back copy of
Nuts & Volts (March 2003) and see a slightly amended circuit there.
There is also a rain detector add on not as yet published.

I even have a swathe of PCB's staring at me as I type.

Note that the PCB on the Piclist page is incorrect it shows a 0.6"
DIP when it should be a 0.3" DIP. I missed that the first time
around.

I have always been a few Dendrites short of an Axon and believe me it
