        The problem is you haven't been specific enough. Saying "I have a problem"
is useless, you need to describe WHAT the problem is. For the record I HAVE
interfaced to that EEPROM in ASM, as have many hear, and the datasheet had
all the info I needed.
        Remember, none of us here have ANY obligation to help you, our time is our
time, if one of us wishes to donate a small amount of their time to helping
you that's not your right, it's a gift. Sorry for being so harsh but it
doesn't sound like you understand the situation.
        So, with all that being said, what SPECIFIC problem are you having? TTYL
