Hello,





I wrote a program that sends a number (multiple digits) to the serial
port. I am new to the PIC and electronics in general. I am attempting to
use the PIC 16F84 to retrieve this number from the serial port every 1
minute and display it on 22 LSD digits. I am lost in knowing where to
start even though I have reviewed many sites and examples. I need help
with designing the circuit where the Programmed PIC would live and
display the 2 digits every minute. I also need help programming the PIC
itself to do the task. I was wondering if someone would be kind enough
to mentor me through this project. Thanks
