This is a repost of a measseage that appeared under a different header. I'm sorry if this is redundant. PICList, Perhaps what newbies need more than chip advice is for someone to spend an hour or two helping them with the basics. I know that I wish I'd had someone to take me through the early learning phase. No, I'm not an expert, but you don't need to be an engineer to help people starting out programming PICs. So I'll go out on a limb and propose an 'adopt a newbie' program. I'm sure that few of us have hundreds of hours to donate but I am willing to offer a couple of hours to a newbie who lives in my area to contact me to get a little hands-on assistance. Newbies, If you're in the South-Eastern Connecticut area (New Haven to New London) and want to talk PIC, please contact me off-list. Cheers, akieran_at_ureach.com Is anyone else in? ________________________________________________ Get your own "800" number Voicemail, fax, email, and a lot more http://www.ureach.com/reg/tag -- http://www.piclist.com hint: The PICList is archived three different ways.
