It's not as common here in the USA, but I have a friend whose former
address was:

Shadowbrook
DE

Yes, the "city" and the zip code would have helped, but he has gotten
mail addressed just to his name at Shadowbrook. It probably helped that
this mail was sent from Delaware which is a fairly small state.
