According to the corporate seminar I attended in Toronto last week you are correct, the newer 18Fs have this feature, some of the 16F's have a subset of that sort of stuff, whether they have that particular feature or not I am unsure. Look for "nanowatt" on the microchip website, it should point you to the parts in question. The line card also mentions it.
