Resending with tag!

Anyone have a DOS program that I could use as a data transition recorder? I wrote one a long time ago (under CP/M). I want to watch a parallel port (in input mode) for changes on the 8 data lines. On any change, the new value would be stored in memory. When the program is stopped, the data would be saved to disk as 8 bit binary, eight ones and zeroes per line. I could then print the whole mess out and see a long string of SPI commands. Or, any other sort of SPI monitor would be great!
