I use ISIS together with ARES from Labcenter electronics.  The complete
professional package costs around #1000 UKP.  They have distributors all over
the world.  I have found it to be the best so far for the price.  You also get
a VERY good spice simulator which includes virtual PICs, atmel devices, 80C51,
memory devices etc, etc.....  Just download your micro code to the virtual
device and hit the play button.  Download the demo and see for yourself.  It is
well worth it!
