Latching.
3 volt.

No special requirements other than that - can even be SPST although DPDT
would be nice. 1 Amp 30V contacts or greater. Preferably dual coil but
single coil OK.

The hard part I've found so far is the 3 volt coil. I know they must
exist because every home thermostat nowadays has one.

Part numbers, anyone?

I only need 5 or 10 of these so a surplus source would be fine. Or if
someone would like to buy 5 or 10 home thermostats minus the relays,
that would be fine, too ;-)
