I highly recomment the SEM K7S5A. It has everything onboard, and is less than $70. The onboard video is not good enough for most 3d gaming of course, but it has an AGP slot. I used to be opposed to "on-board everything", but it's just as cheap as the boards without the onboard stuff, and you can always stick a card in if you want to upgrade something.
