Here's a post of mine on this topic from a while ago:- *************************** Hello Josh & PIC.ers, Around 15 yrs. ago I bought a `Logic Analyzer Card' for my state-of-the-art 286, running under pure DOS o'course. It was cheap, maybe cost US$250 in those days. It performed beautifully within it's limits and I used it on a couple of Z80 projects before it gathered dust. Didn't seem to need it any more.. maybe I'd squandered my money. THEN. Last year, I tore my remaining hair out trying to make a s/w PIC <> SPI link work with an AD part. Finally I hooked a 386, dedicated it to the task and powered up the old card. In a few hours the whole caboose was working. I have it's original manual here in front of me. CLK-2450 50MHz Clock Computer Corp. Presumably from Taiwan try googlin, or, if you want more details just ask. I am *not* going to lend out, lose, sell or discard this device, even if it sits on the shelf with it's 386 and CGA monitor for the *next* 15 years. ******************************** best regards, John From: Josh Koffman >Subject: [OT]: Semi-Inexpensive Logic Analyzer > eMail from the desk of John Sanderson.
