One that I am finishing right now is "The Quintessential PIC Microcontroller"
by Sid Katzen. I have the 2nd edition, published late last year - this is a
very thorough book that explained a lot of details that I'd had heard of (some
thru this list) but really didn't have a full understanding of. It should be
available thru Amazon.com.
