Embedded charger in a portable printer.  2800mAH NIMH pack at 7.2V nominal.
Existing design does a 90 min charge managed by an AVR Tiny-26 using the 64
MHz PWM as a controlled constant current source buck regulator.
High rate, topping charge, low rate, trickle, and conditioning phases,
thermal and voltage detection.
