After reading through the PDF on the galaxy site, I'm relatively convinced.
I've implemented reflex charging on our charger, with the addition of a FET
and resistor for the pulse discharge.

I'm planning a field test, with individual systems deciding wether to use
reflex or constant current charging based on a bit in the internal serial
number.
They already log charging parameters, and we have the SW to pull the data
and report it over the net.

Give me a few months in the field, with the end user blind testing, and
I'll be convinced one way or the other.
