StarTech has an interesting one that draws power off of USB (one less
wall wart to lose).

As I recall, Fairchild once had a chip that did this, and Analog Devices
has a few, but Fairchild's seems to have disappeared, and Analog's are
somewhat feature-limited (required 60Hz Interlaced VGA out at up to
640x480).
