Not sure why it's _so_ much cheaper, but thought it might be worth mentioning for other UK folk. I'd agree with Alan on the other idea, don't buy _too_ much as a 'starter' kit, but get a few extra when you need a particular part, to build up stock gradually. If anything, think of the part numbers you have used in the last year and order the ones you can remember, those will probably be what you will go looking for first. Other than that, unless your supplier hits you with large 'per order' delivery charges, just order as you go. I am assuming that you have suppliers comparable to Farnell in the UK, who hold a large stock, and usually deliver next morning (unless you ask for _guaranteed_ next-day delivery when it consistently arrives at 5pm the following day... :-) ) Nigel -- Nigel Orr, Design Engineer nigel@axoninstruments.co.uk Axon Instruments Ltd., Wardes Road,Inverurie,Aberdeenshire,UK,AB51 3TT Tel:+44 1467 622332 Fax:+44 1467 625235 http://www.axoninstruments.co.uk -- http://www.piclist.com hint: The PICList is archived three different ways.
