Another big bag buy was 1000 each of 2N3904 and 2N3906.
2222a is a bit beefier IIRC, but not enough to justify the space.
I have some Zetex parts for high current use.

Caps are the toughest things to stock for me.
Hard to find useful values and quantities cheaply, and yet be sure that they are relatively new parts.
