Check out Jameco 152346 and 152354.  These are 2 and 3 connections wide
but stackable to any width.  At .1 inch pitch, 24 of these will take up
61mm.  I buy these 100 at a time and use them as my "jellybean" bare wire
connections.  I'm not sure about the 250V isolation off the top of my
head, but they are probably rated to that.
