Very probably the motor is Bulgarian, made in Plovdiv, the town of Olimex, if I'm not mistaken. In this case I can't help. They produced motors for Soviet clone of IBM360/370 - tape systems, HDDs, etc. Great motors, by the way. The cost of a small motor was about an engineer's few months wage. Mike.
