Hi, List. I'm using a Maxim MAX713 battery charger chip, going through the design = steps outlined in the data sheet. One of the calcs requires finding the B(sub)o of the pass transistor, = and calls this the DC current gain. Why don't they call it H(sub)FE? They state that it should be on the = data sheet, but I see no parameter with this designation. BTW, the transistor's a TIP32. What is it and how do I find it? TIA, Mark -- http://www.piclist.com hint: The PICList is archived three different ways. See http://www.piclist.com/#archives for details.
