This topic comes up about once a year on rec.crafts.metalworking.

It turns out that a schrader-to-1/8" NPT is a standard off-the-shelf adapter
available from McMaster Carr for a few dollars. Also available at a good
hardware store.

Anyway, the thread specs are shown at

It is a 0.305 x 32 outer thread, which is the one I assume you are looking
for.

Need to adapt a bicycle hand-pump to 1/8" NPT (M or F is fine, as I can get
NPT gender changers easily).  The pumps come with a connector/fitting for
either a schrader valve or for a "standard" tire fitting.

Any of you know what size thread either of these are?
