Well, after some digging and lobbying I finally had my fist breakthrough!

Here are (possibly complete) pinout for the Nokia 2110 aka NHE-4NX:
(Pinn numbering is on the 24-wire flex film with controller on and pin 1 is
the thickest one.)

13                Logic supply (4.65v) ??

Maby someone can have some fun verifying this ?
I'm not sure about contrast but it must be here somewhere :-)
