OK. I'll give it a try. If it does what you say, and the cgi is
portable, you may indeed have the answer. However, more often than not,
I find that forms simply don't work. People either don't know what they
are doing or are too lazy to test them properly.

It can be something as stupid as forcing me to choose a state - with
the caveat ("USA and Canada only") - when I have already chosen
"Australia" as the country. I usually just choose "Arkansas" (Sp) -
surely nobody would be silly enough to think that we too have an
Arkansas? :-)
