Hi Very interesting. I will probably try the INT for his Schmitt Trigger input like the Rx Input. . I have take a look at the 877 data sheet and for now my conclusion is that i must Clear GIE bit, enable the INT, enter the Sleep mode, at wake up i must disable the INT, i forget the first received byte, and after some time i will be able to use the RS-232. Is this make sense ? Thanks.
