Hi Jan-Erik, Although I have not used that product, In other PCB programs I have used the type of pad will affect this. In other words, the pad has a hole because the hole is put there later. If you want pads that already have a hole in them, you must use a different type of pad. If you can change all of your pads to type "annular" then you should have holes. You may not be able to do this with rectangular pads. As far as traces going to the center of the hole, the line type may affect this. Frequently there is an option for how traces enter pads, whether they have a teardrop shape, etc. However it sounds like this is not a mature product, and what you are asking for is a relatively advanced option, so you might not be able to accomplish it with this early version.
